"As a lender, I really enjoy working with Zack McCoy. He is really on top of things and is extremely smart, reasonable, and fun to work with. He puts his clients first in the transaction and the proof of that is how many clients want to refer him to friends and family. He fights hard to help his clients buy or sell, but he does so without pressuring them. Great attributes to have as a realtor. As a lender, I with a lot of real estate agents and we see first hand how hard Zack works and hear great feedback from his clients. His use of drone video is excellent, and his photography skills are obvious. He really has a deep understanding of marketing. social media, promotion, and communication, which are all skills that anyone should be looking for in a professional realtor. Highly Recommend."

"I worked with Zack on the sell of my home as well as the buy of my new home. To say he was amazing would be an understatement! He knew all the right people to call for repairs, home inspections and loans! Zack is patient and flexible. Always available and willing to answer a million questions, (sometimes the same question more than once!) When I had a hard time making a decision he would show the same house multiple times, help me weigh the pros and cons. I never once felt pressured or pushed to make a decision and always knew he had my best interest at heart. Ultimately he found me THE house that checked every single box on the must-have list! I have and will continue to recommend Zack to my family and friends! I appreciated his candor and knowledge in every single step of the process!"
